The Marshalls-Community Service Corps is comprised of members of the P.U.P. as choose to join it, and is organized on a constituency basis:
Provided that in urban areas with more than one constituency, the Corps functions as one unit. All matters relating to the organization and functioning of the Corps is governed by Regulations.
